We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Community Autism Services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate with caregivers to develop and implement behavioral plans
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, BCBA, and other team members to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Childcare experience required
  • Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
