Lead Social Skills Group Facilitator

Applied Family Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our afternoon social groups. This role offers flexibility with the opportunity for additional telehealth hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate social groups in the afternoons, providing support for children and young adults to enhance social skills in a structured and fun environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective communication and consistent care.
  • Maintain accurate data and progress reports to track client outcomes.
  • Offer telehealth services for clients, with flexibility to increase hours if desired.
Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in ABA and social skills group facilitation is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility for telehealth services and willingness to accommodate varying schedules.
