Estimated Salary

$123,456 per year (base salary range), with additional compensation for experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The RN Emergency Room Manager will report directly to the Director of Emergency Services and Chief Nursing Officer, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operation of the emergency department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading nursing teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
  • Mentoring staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Monitoring and improving departmental efficiency and productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate degree in nursing (BSN preferred) or actively pursuing a BSN within two years of hire date
  • An active registered nurse license in the state(s) of practice or compact license
  • Current certifications in ACLS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, ENPC, or PALS
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in similar roles
