About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team at Ross Dress For Less. As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience by maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of inventory.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the receiving, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Participate in daily inventory counts and cycle counts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to ensure seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
