Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team at Ross Dress For Less. As a Stockroom Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, receiving and processing merchandise, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving and processing merchandise, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and stored, and that the stockroom is maintained in a safe and secure manner.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks, verifying inventory, and stocking shelves.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, including cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
