Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior patient service with empathy and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, and verify insurance and payment collection.
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
- High regard for time management.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
