Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow our online presence on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and generate leads for buyers, sellers, investors, and agents.
- Video properties to showcase them in the best possible light, encouraging quick buyer interest.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to attend multiple shoots per day or week, meeting the needs of our clients.
- Edit videos to ensure optimal lighting, contrast, and quality, highlighting the properties' best features.
- Contribute to the creation of our website and social media content, showcasing our agency's professionalism and properties.
Qualifications:
- Experience in building YouTube channels, creating reels, and branding videos.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow instructions, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse individuals and receive constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
- Preferably, experience in real estate videography, but training will be provided.
- Comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, and video equipment.
