Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor Level II to join our team at 360 Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the professional growth of our clinicians, providing support and guidance, and overseeing clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry a caseload to meet set billable services, including providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month and ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.
  • Manage a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients.
  • Supervise a team of behavior technicians, providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.

Requirements:

  • Spanish required.
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Actively enrolled in a master's program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
  • Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and skills to work independently.
