Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project engineering, with experience in managing complex development efforts and leading technical decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project engineering through all phases of the development process for both external customers and internally driven projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and risks and report to program and company leadership on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate activities across multidiscipline engineering teams and raise issues at the program level to ensure proper resourcing.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Physics Systems Engineering) from an accredited university or institution.
  • 6 years of industry experience in a relevant engineering or project position.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
Estimated Salary Range

$150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
