We're seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience working on real-world projects, learning from industry leaders, and contributing to meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in executing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project objectives and safety standards
  • Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and work schedules
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Prepare and review technical documents, including blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
  • Primary Areas of Focus
    • Bidding Support: Assist in bid package development, bid review, and subcontractor selection
    • RFI Review Process: Execute submittal and RFI reviews, verifying compliance with project specifications
    • Document Control: Verify accuracy and completeness of project documents
    • Cost Management: Support cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Construction Engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with construction safety practices and regulations

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $22.00-$25.00/hour based on qualifications and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
