We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Winter Haven, FL. As a dedicated pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process
  • Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
