About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Modern Animal. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you'll work closely with our veterinarians and veterinary technicians to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with exams, lab work, and other procedures
  • Record accurate medical records using veterinary terminology
  • Collaborate with medical team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with owners and provide discharge instructions
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Modern Animal and contribute to local marketing efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your team leader
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Veterinary Assistant
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Ability to live curiously and adapt to new situations
