Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Ensure all Team Members are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
  • Compliance: Partner with support areas to further business goals and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and ensure equipment is operational or repaired efficiently.
  • Team Building: Build a high-performing team and create a culture of safety.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Fulfill orders for customer delivery by safely operating a vehicle to collect, transport, and/or deliver vending machine items and other materials.
  • Warehouse Operations: Load and unload merchandise containers from trailers and straight trucks, ensuring safety at all times.
  • Merchandise Management: Assist with unloading and stocking of merchandise into vending machines, minimizing damage to items.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate hydraulic lift and/or pallet jack to move merchandise containers.
  • Product Preparation: Shrink wrap products to pallets, stage completed pallets in designated areas, and ensure orders are accurate.
  • Consolidation and Restocking: Consolidate and re-stock product, and organize and file office, delivery, and inventory paperwork.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Clean and organize warehouse, stock merchandise as needed, and safeguard company property and report any incidents of theft or misappropriation.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks, meet productivity requirements, and ensure daily work requirements are met.
  • Safety and Compliance: Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used, maintain workstation in an organized and safe manner, and count inventory and order items on a week-to-week basis.
  • Financial Management: Gain a sound understanding of Noble Vending finance and reporting software, follow cash handling procedures, and responsible for performance management, staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School education or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years' supervisory experience in a logistics environment.
  • Driving Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 – 3 years intercity driving experience driving a 9-speed automatic transmission, full-size enclosed cargo van.
  • Warehouse Experience: Warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Certifications: A valid forklift certification required. Minimum Walk behind training certificate required.
  • Language: Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • License: Valid drivers' license and clean MVR.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
