**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler to join our team at Action Personnel Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies according to specified guidelines and instructions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assemble parts and subassemblies for multiple product lines, including Valves, Parking Brake, Final Filters, and Shipping/Receiving.
* Follow specified work instructions, engineering parts drawings, or sales literature to ensure accurate assembly processes.
* Adhere to applicable ISO procedures and work instructions to maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
* Ensure the quality of work by maintaining accurate counts and meeting production standards.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to the supervisor.
* Actively work in any department for which the employee is trained to support production requirements.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
* Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
* Report equipment malfunctions and process deviations to appropriate personnel for resolution.

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and machines for assembly tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in assembly processes.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
* Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Work Schedule:**

1st shift and 2nd shift opportunities available, Monday - Thursday, with Friday being an OT day as needed.
