About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned reliability engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and longevity of our client's Satellite components. As a Senior Reliability & Test Engineer, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of hardware, software, and mechanical engineers to ensure product reliability from design through manufacturing and operational use in space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute rigorous test protocols to analyze failure data and improve system resilience to harsh space conditions.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Establish best practices for reliability and test engineering within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability from design through manufacturing and operational use.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, testing, or quality assurance, preferably within the aerospace or satellite industry.
  • Strong expertise in programming languages (Python, C/C++) for data analysis and test automation.
  • Experience with test equipment and procedures for analysis, verification, and validation of products.
  • Thorough understanding of metrology, sources of measurement error, and uncertainty analysis.
  • Experience with environmental testing such as thermal, vibration, and TVAC.
