Position Overview: Deliver prompt, precise, and welcoming service while crafting the finest beverages for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive beverage requests from guests and waitstaff.
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the establishment's standard recipes.
  • Familiarize yourself with the names of our regular customers and greet them personally.
  • Accurately log drink orders immediately into the point-of-sale system.
  • Process guest payments, handle credit card transactions, and provide change when necessary.
  • Clean and sanitize glassware.
  • Prepare drink garnishes and replenish snacks and appetizers for bar guests.
  • Organize bottles and glassware attractively to facilitate efficient drink preparation and promote beverage offerings.
  • Clear and reset tables in the bar area.
  • Present drink menus, offer recommendations, and respond to inquiries about beverages.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all bar areas, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage spaces.
  • Deliver food orders to guests seated at the bar.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to the restaurant manager.
  • Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar supplies and inventory.
  • Be prepared to assist in various roles to maintain the smooth operation of the restaurant as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common drink recipes.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
