Administrative and HR Operations Specialist

Aging At Home Caregiving is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our organization.
About the Position
This role involves assisting with various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll preparation. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
This position requires the following key responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing offer letters and managing background checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, with familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems a bonus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
