As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective completion of hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Crews: Supervise and train crew members to complete job duties in accordance with company and client policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Job Preparation: Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, including familiarizing yourself with all necessary equipment and safety protocols.
- Job Site Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of job sites and equipment before commencing work to ensure a safe working environment.
- Safety Protocols: Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Industrial Settings: Work at industrial facilities in and around the Greater Houston Area, with occasional travel required for out-of-town jobs.
- Physical Demands: Perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying hoses up to 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
- Shift Work: Work shifts up to 12-16 hours, including day and night shifts, and be available for on-call duties 24/7.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both internally and externally, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Industry Experience: Have experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field, with a strong understanding of hydro blast pumps and liquid vacuum and air machine trucks.
- Valid Driver License: Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel for work-related purposes.
- Background Checks: Pass all required background screens and hair follicle drug tests.
