Parking Ambassador Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Ambassador to join our team at Snoqualmie Pass, WA. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist our guests by being pleasant and helpful
• Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally
• Make changes, and issue receipts and tickets to our guests
• Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of Snoqualmie Pass Managed Parking Areas

Requirements:

• Independent, pro-active, problem-solver
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have own form of reliable transportation
• Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions
• Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, and smartphone technology
• One year of customer service experience is required
• High school degree required
