Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with 29 CFR and other relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety programs to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety protocols and provide guidance to employees.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Develop and maintain safety training programs for employees.
  • Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide safety guidance and support to employees and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a safety and health discipline or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in safety and health, with a focus on construction or industrial settings.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent.
  • OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
