About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Stryten Energy. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, PM schedules, and equipment downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure maintenance activities align with production schedules.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring timely receipt and storage.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and repair of equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to lead, noise, and other hazardous materials. Regular use of safety glasses and steel-toed shoes is required.
