Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to spa standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in nail care or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology license preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages a plus.
