Serioplast US LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its team in St. Louis, Missouri.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure production continuity by performing routine maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities in accordance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Install and set up electromechanical equipment, including compressors, air conditioning, driers, leak test, cameras, and palletizers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machines, equipment, and facilities, checking parameters and meter readings, and detecting and replacing worn-out parts.
  • Perform mechanical setup and regulation of mold sets.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to the maintenance plan.
  • Respond to emergency repairs, ensuring machines and equipment functionality is fully restored.
  • Support external suppliers during inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities.
  • Keep records of maintenance activities to track equipment lifespan and spare parts.
  • Organize and manage the workshop, fabricating mechanical and other parts using workshop tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager on improvement projects and decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
  • Good understanding of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
  • Knowledge of WCM standards.
  • Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practices.
  • Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
