As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout our designed areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure that all areas are clean and free of clutter.
  • Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
  • Remove trash and solid linens, and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and work as a team member to achieve common goals.
  • Display a solid work ethic, with a focus on quality and customer service.
  • Meet the minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in floor tech or stripping and waxing is a plus.
  • Be reliable and flexible with scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Our ideal candidate will display a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
  • No prior housekeeping experience is required, but it is a plus.
