As a RN, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with CDH, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and participating in ongoing education and research initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to children with CDH, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing education and research initiatives to stay current on best practices and advancements in CDH care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Florida State or Compact License required
- A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- Preferred experience in pediatric and/or Emergency
- BLS certification provided by AHA
