Pediatric Cardiovascular Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Cardiovascular Registered Nurse to join our team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. As a member of our CVICU team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with congenital and acquired heart disease, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

About the Role

This 22-bed unit serves patients of all acuity levels and ages, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment. As a Pediatric Cardiovascular Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment through shared governance and teamwork

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Be a registered nurse (RN) with a valid Florida state or compact license
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience as a licensed registered nurse
  • Preferred experience in pediatric and/or emergency nursing
  • Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided by the American Heart Association
