The OpportunityIn this position, you will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations and medication management services for both new and established patients. You will work closely with our team of experienced mental health professionals to provide high-quality care and support to our patients.
Our clinic is a trusted destination for behavioral health services, and we are committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to our patients. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary of $163,260, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience. We also offer a $40,000 sign-on bonus, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.
Work-Life BalanceWe value work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We also offer 7 weeks of annual time off and 2 weeks of continuing medical education (CME) time.
Team and Patient PanelYou will work with a shared case manager and clinic technician to provide care to a patient panel of 8-10 patients per day. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills and expertise in psychiatric care.
