Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Martinez, CA. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, from Pre-K to High School, and provide essential support to our speech language pathologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist speech language pathologists in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and providing support to students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to promote student communication and language skills.
  • Provide direct support to students in small group and individual settings, including data collection and progress monitoring.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in speech language pathology and special education.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
  • Valid School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire.
