Maintenance Specialist

Tradesmen International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team of qualified trade professionals. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure maximum reliability, and troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
- Conduct repairs and replacements of equipment and parts as needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
- Work with other trade professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
