We are looking for a Post-Closing Loan Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our AgSouth family. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service that surpasses customer expectations by managing and executing post-closing processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, and adhering to compliance standards to finalize loans with precise legal documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

Post-Closing Loan Processing Assistance: Provide support to the lending team by meticulously reviewing and validating loan files in the loan origination system, correcting any discrepancies as needed. Engage with all stakeholders to guarantee that all necessary documents for loan files are collected, digitized, and organized efficiently.

Client Relations: Ensure that both current and prospective clients receive timely and courteous assistance, while also providing comprehensive information regarding policies and procedures. Manage daily financial activities, including receipts and disbursements, ensuring they are executed accurately and promptly. Update and maintain customer or loan information in the system as required.

Administrative Assistance: Support general administrative tasks to enhance the operational efficiency of the branch. Collaborate with local public relations efforts and ensure that internal controls align with established accounting principles, policies, and procedures. Work in partnership with branch team members, marketing personnel, and facility management.

Qualifications:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and proficiency in using office equipment, including telephones, computers, copiers, and scanners
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels
  • Self-driven, with a keen desire to learn and apply new processes and concepts
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills
