Position Summary:
The Senior Cash Handling Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at Tapestry. By employing exceptional service skills at the Cashwrap, this position is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a lasting impression by greeting customers warmly and engaging them with genuine interactions.
  • Serve as a representative of the Insider Program, fostering customer relationships.
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations at the Cashwrap and while they wait in line.
  • Assess customer needs through attentive observation and respond accordingly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling customer information.
  • Conduct end-of-shift audits in collaboration with store management.
  • Process returns and repairs in alignment with company policies.
  • Assist in the training and development of new Cashiers.
  • Ensure the Cashwrap area is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Promote additional products and gift cards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately manage cash and media in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
