Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Project Lead to oversee the entire home building process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction phases to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Lead and mentor construction teams and subcontractors, conducting site meetings to address and resolve issues.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets standards, implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulations, obtaining necessary permits and inspections.
  • Manage procurement and delivery of materials, developing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of residential construction management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
