Job Summary

This full-time Trade Specialist - Construction Renovation position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on various commercial projects throughout Gwinnett County, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing tasks as assigned, maintaining job site safety, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in carpentry and/or industry-related trades. Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical repairs is also essential.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations
  • Provide accurate documentation related to each work order
  • Turn in signed work orders within one day of completion
  • Act as working supervisor during minor renovations
