Position Overview

Compensation begins at $19.00/hour (based on shift preference), with potential for increased earnings based on experience.

Responsibilities of a Personal Care Assistant:
  • Support residents in enjoying their daily lives by assisting with their routines.
  • Foster connections through companionship.
  • Exhibit patience, compassion, and empathy in all interactions with residents and their families.
  • Help residents organize their day and activities, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
Qualifications for Personal Care Assistants:
  • High school diploma, GED, or active CNA license.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, except as permitted.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening and sensitivity to others' thoughts and feelings.
  • Demonstrated compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
  • Capability to perform the physical tasks required for this role.
  • Proficient in understanding and speaking English at a level that ensures safe and efficient job performance.
