Facilities Porter

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining the common areas of our properties, including corridors, lobbies, and amenities
2. Cleaning apartments prior to resident move-in
3. Performing trash-out duties on vacant apartments
4. Assisting with make-ready duties as requested
5. Maintaining a safe and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, and all other common areas

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
