Job Title: HRIS Administrator

PDI is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, system optimization, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including configuration, updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance by implementing and monitoring data entry standards and practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements related to HR workflows, data management, and reporting.
  • HRIS Optimization: Collaborate with HR leadership to assess system needs and recommend improvements, enhancements, or new systems to improve efficiency.
  • User Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to HRIS users to maximize system utilization and ensure smooth operation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop, generate, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and compliance data.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data and system management.
  • Collaboration: Act as the point of contact between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure the HRIS supports overall business strategies and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Project Management: Lead or assist in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other business systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Required Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems. Experience with UKG strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices for HR data security.
Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with HRIS configuration, implementation, and system integrations.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Skilled in HR data reporting and analytics tools.
  • Strong MS Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment.
Salary Range:
  • $105,000 - $125,000 annually.
