Regional Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and thriving in commission-based roles. Proficiency in CRM database management is also essential, along with strong consultative problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
This role requires effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maximize client interactions. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth and meet monthly sales targets within assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the sales pipeline quickly through networking, industry associations, email outreach, and other outbound lead generation strategies.
- Nurture existing client relationships to strengthen retention and identify opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong connections with property managers, regional managers, property owners, and management groups.
Compensation: A competitive salary package includes a base salary starting at $60,000, plus uncapped monthly commission. OTE will vary based on performance.
