Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Max Well Therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric patients and collaborate with Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient evaluations and administer treatments.
  • Design and revise plans of care and goals.
  • Provide written and/or verbal reports to physicians.
  • Complete documentation according to unit standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Respect and understand patients' rights to treatment and involvement in treatment decisions.
  • Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with departmental needs.
  • Complete and submit reports pertaining to evaluations.
  • Refer patients to other therapies as needed.
  • Conduct initial evaluations and provide skilled speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders.
  • Make decisions to improve clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current license in Speech Language Pathology in Michigan.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred.
