Responsibilities
As a Unit Charge Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for leading a team of nurses and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Leading and mentoring a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care and excellent patient satisfaction
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, you'll need to have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
