Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Electrophysiology Lab team as a Unit Charge Registered Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the Synergy Model for Care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the lab, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address patient and family learning needs, and provide education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Electrophysiology Lab setting.
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
  • BLS certification required, ACLS certification may be required in designated departments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and promote a culture of excellence.
