RN Infection Control Specialist

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job: We are committed to improving the lives of our patients and their families, and we believe that our employees are the backbone of our organization. As an RN Infection Control Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and following infection control policies and procedures, maintaining current knowledge of infection control practices, and participating in infection control activities within the organization. You will also collaborate with the Human Resources Department to ensure completion of all health screening for new employees and track occupational health trends. Additionally, you will provide education and follow-up on infection control principles and practices to new employees and staff. This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position that offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Active and unencumbered state license, BLS (AHA only), CIC preferred but not required, COVID vaccine, and experience in infection control/employee health. Support staff includes an Employee Health Med Assistant. Estimated Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 per year.
