We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at L and I Inc. as an IH Cook. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items to meet the expectations of our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent and consistent preparation and cooking of all menu items following operating policies, procedures, and food health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and plate food according to Company recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up, clean, and sanitize the workstation before, during, and after the shift to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Verify the stock of all required ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning lists to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and apply galley terminology and procedures to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Strong reading skills to complete online and on-the-job training programs.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to work effectively with colleagues.
