Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Oncology team at Williamson Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and ensure compliance with therapeutic standards.
  • Provide compassionate, culturally competent care while upholding the organization's values of respect, integrity, and community service.
Requirements:
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic arrhythmia certification within 6 months of hire (for certain units).
  • AACN, CCRN, or CCP certification within two years of hire (for critical care).
  • ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire (for oncology).
Work Environment:

This role will involve working in a fast-paced hospital setting, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, work independently, and maintain a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
