About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical oncology team in a full-time day shift position. As an LPN at Williamson Health, you will be part of a collaborative team providing compassionate nursing care to patients in a dynamic medical/surgical unit. Your expertise will enable us to offer high-quality, culturally competent care to our diverse patient population.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement timely interventions to address identified problems.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimize outcomes.
  • Deliver evidence-based care using established policies, procedures, and competencies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communication within the healthcare team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
