Computed Tomography Technologist

Job Summary:
The Computed Tomography Technologist is responsible for performing Computer Automated Tomography (CT) scans of the human body in accordance with established protocol as requested by physician. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiology equipment and be able to produce high-quality images for radiology reads/interpretations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic testing using Computer Tomography (CT) and X-ray equipment in accordance with protocol.
Produce high-quality images and upload them for radiology reads/interpretations.
Maintain and update Radiology Department procedure logs as required by policy.
Record other data and QA test results as required by Radiology policy.
Requirements:
Graduation/Diploma/Certification from accredited school of Radiology Technology.
Current license from the Texas Department of State Health Service for Radiology Technologist.
Current Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) CT.
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
