Job Title: Retail Merchandising Specialist

Eurpac Service, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Ft. Wainwright and Eielson, Alaska.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage and maintain our retail stores on a specific military base or bases in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing daily tasks, maintaining proper call frequency, selling and ensuring proper shelf placement for authorized items, and conducting inventory checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned at Exchange locations.
  • Maintain proper call frequency and sell and ensure proper shelf placement for all authorized items.
  • Conduct inventory checks and write orders for all VON related items.
  • Meet with each store manager as scheduled by Area Manager.
  • Responsible for shelf Management Facings, Resets, Auto Replenish issues, Pricing, Coupons, and POG Compliance Check.
  • Write up/Return 'out of dates' as outlined in specific Manufacturers policies.
  • Timely communication to AM utilizing the 'best practice' method outlined by AM.
  • Sell promotions as outlined in Convenience Package and as directed by AM and report results to AM.
  • Build displays as required.
  • Place Point of Sale as directed.
  • Report low or out of stock issues to Facility Manager.
  • Complete Call reporting procedures technology while in store.
  • Other projects/requests as requested or assigned by management.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also have access to a computer, printer, and smartphone, and be able to download information from websites.
