We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Troon Golf. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining our brand across four retail facilities.

The ideal candidate will assist with all facets of merchandising, including receiving invoices, performing monthly inventories, and creating visually appealing merchandise displays. You will also be responsible for attending merchandise and trade shows to place seasonal purchase orders and promoting sales through thoughtful and creative promotional methods.

In addition to merchandising responsibilities, you will assist with day-to-day operations in the Golf Shop, including booking tee times, receiving payment, and providing timely assistance to members and guests. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Publisher is required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a detail-oriented and organized approach. Experience with Jonas, Golf Genius, and website administration is preferred, but not required. A college education is also preferred.
