Key Responsibilities- Operate Gamma Camera Imaging equipment, computers, and other isotope-sensitive equipment to obtain visual representations or measurements of isotope concentrations in specific body areas or organs.
- Prepare and calibrate radioactive isotopes for patient procedures, ensuring accurate and safe administration.
- Collaborate with nuclear medicine physicians to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Provide exceptional patient care and service, demonstrating an understanding of the functional and developmental age of the individual served.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- Florida State License Nuclear Medicine required.
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or ARRT (N) certification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
