Role Overview:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. This full-time position involves routine maintenance and repair across our multiple buildings and grounds throughout the year.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of cranes
  • Welding tasks
  • Repairing and painting drywall
  • Electrical work, including installation and replacement of lights, outlets, and fixtures
  • Minor plumbing repairs and installations
  • Seasonal exterior grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, snow plowing, and sanding/salting
  • Carpentry repairs and installations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented with a collaborative spirit
  • Experience with crane operations

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday


Compensation: $24 - $30 per hour
