Role Overview:
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. This full-time position involves routine maintenance and repair across our multiple buildings and grounds throughout the year.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of cranes
- Welding tasks
- Repairing and painting drywall
- Electrical work, including installation and replacement of lights, outlets, and fixtures
- Minor plumbing repairs and installations
- Seasonal exterior grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, snow plowing, and sanding/salting
- Carpentry repairs and installations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and action-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Experience with crane operations
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Compensation: $24 - $30 per hour
