The selected candidate should possess the necessary expertise to seamlessly transition into this position and begin contributing effectively to outage planning initiatives.

Additionally, the individual will be responsible for imparting essential knowledge to new team members who will be engaged in this role for the foreseeable future.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Power Plant Outage Management division, which is tasked with the organization and scheduling of refueling outages while overseeing pre-outage preparation milestones.

Lead a group of containment coordinators and act as a representative for refueling and containment program activities within the Outage Coordination Center throughout the refueling outage.


Core Duties:
Manage the allocation of Outage space and oversee the Outage load-in process.
Direct Refueling operations and the Outage Containment Program.
Assess, guide, and mentor station personnel and leadership regarding performance and job expectations associated with containment and refueling tasks.
Supervise a team of containment coordinators during the refueling outage.
Provide mentorship to new outage management personnel who will assume these responsibilities for the upcoming refueling outage.
